He is the founding member and past President of the British and Spanish Law Association (BSLA), a former Council Member of the International Bar Association (IBA), and past European President of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Alberto currently serves as President of the European Chapter of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
He is also a member of Resolution and serves on the Editorial Board of the Law Society of England and Wales.
